Important Ordering Information & Return Policies
Free Shipping On orders $60.00 & over. 1 shipment ground inside the US
Free Shipping applies only to US 48 continental states on standard
ground service. All others will be responsible for shipping charges
& they will not appear on your invoice.
International customers are subject to individual shipping charges
depending on their location. Availability and price - subject
to change without notice.
International Orders:
We gladly ship outside the USA. For International orders it is our standard practice to charge your credit card, ship it off, then run a second charge for the amount it costs us to mail your order to you. We will e-mail both amounts to you along with the tracking number and delivery date. Orders are are packaged with a Packing Slip.
Package Slips state who the Package is for, and who the package is from. There are no prices on the Packing Slip. We absolutely require that the three digit code on the back of your credit card match. All overseas orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. Please note that due to the different credit card approval procedures, there may be a delay if billing and shipping are different, or if billing information is inaccurate.
If you accept these shipping terms for your international order, please enter a note saying that in the comments section of your order!
Please note that each Country is subject to its own duties, Custom's rules, taxes and regulations
which can cause a delay in delivery.
Delivery Time: Orders are shipped within
3 to 5 days after being placed & confirmation of payment;
10 days after receipt of check payments. We will be happy to ship
via the carrier of your choice just Contact Us.

MERCHANDISE CONDITION: We inspect all
merchandise prior to shipping for defects or breakage.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
We also accept checks ,& money orders. We
do not ship COD. Please see address at the bottom of this page
for mailing address. Your order will generally be processed within
three to five days and delivered within 7 to 10 business days
of our mail confirmation of your order.
What if I'm not shipping to my billing address?
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may have to contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This greatly helps in preventing fraudulent use of your credit card. Just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order assists us in processing your order more quickly.
Credit Card & Ordering Information
Once your order has been placed, we'll e-mail you with an Invoice Receipt. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail informing you of your tracking number and delivery date. We recommend that you use Paypal when paying by check to speed up the shipping process.
When placing an order by certified check or money order please, place items in shopping cart, and go to the check out page. At the check out page fill in your information. Click on the submit button. On the next page choose the payment option and then you will have your total order purchase including your shipping charges if any. You may print filled out form and mail to us, or you may write out the order. Please include a contact telephone number with your order should we have to contact you.

SALES TAX: Because of our business location,
we are required by law to collect 7.25% sales tax on the merchandise
total for shipments in CA.
RETURNED CHECKS: Checks returned due
to insufficient funds will be subject to a $25 charge. Checks
which have been sent to collection will be subject to a $50 fee
plus reasonable attorney's fees in addition to the amount of the
check. Back Orders: orders are shipped
within three to five business days. We try to have every item
listed on our web site in stock. When we reorder an item it is
usually back in our inventory the following week. We will not
ship partial orders.
RETURNS: We offer a 100% satisfaction
guaranteed on every item at I Believe Collectibles shop after
you receive it. Contact Us by email at info@ibelievecollectibles
to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning the item.
Items returned without a Return Authorization Number or proper
return documents may be refused.
The original shipping charge and return
shipping charges will not be refunded unless it is due to our
mistake. Returned items not damaged in shipping must be returned
in like new condition with original packing. No exceptions to
this rule. Shrink wrapped merchandise that is opened cannot be
returned.
MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: In
the event that your purchase was damaged in transit, please report
the damage to your local USPS office or UPS center and file a claim within 3 days of receiving the package. You
may contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877. Do not return damages to I
Believe Collectibles if it was damaged in transit, as a claim
cannot be made by us but by the receiver.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on
orders returned after being shipped.
Holiday Policy
CHRISTMAS ORDERS: December 13th is the
last day to order for Christmas delivery. We can not guarantee
delivery for Christmas, as we have no control over USPS or UPS Deliveries,
however, if you order by Dec 13th, your chances are very good!!
We will be closed December 22nd through January 7th. Orders may
still be placed, but no emails will be answered or orders shipped
until the first week of January 2009. Happy Holidays to everyone.
